Customer information in your loyalty program, like name and email address,  is automatically synced from your Shopify store. If you need to update a member's details in your loyalty program, simply update it in Shopify. 

How to update your members' contact information

  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Customers

2. Click on the name of the customer whose details you want to edit to open their customer information page

3. In the Contact section, click Edit

4. In the Edit Customer window you can update the customer's name, email and phone number

5. Click Save to apply your edits

The customers details will also be updated in your loyalty program.
