- In your Loyalty for Shopify admin, go to Members
2. Under Members, select Include Unsubscribed, then search for your customer by name or email address.
3. Click on your customer's name
4. Under your customer's profile, click re-subscribe in the top right corner
5. Click Yes, re-subscribe customer to confirm
Your customer will be added back to your loyalty program with their loyalty points balance and activity history. They can now continue to earn points and redeem rewards again.
