If you only want to run your loyalty program in-store, through Shopify, and want to encourage in-store sales with an in-store-only loyalty program, you can select to not reward points for orders made online.

How to exclude online orders from your loyalty program

1. In your admin, go to Settings

2. Scroll down to Order Rewarding, then go to the Process Shopify Orders field

3. In the drop down menu, select POS only

Loyalty points will now only be rewarded based on purchases made in-store on your POS system.

📝 Note: Regardless of how points are earned, rewards are always redeemable online. Make sure you follow this guide to running an in-store only loyalty program to ensure members can't access your reward codes to use online.
