How your customers are automatically added to your loyalty program

When a customer proceeds to checkout on your online store, Shopify asks them to enter their customer information, shipping method and payment method.

📝  Note: Make sure all your customers are being added to your loyalty program by using these Shopify Settings best practices.  

Once the customer has completed their purchase, they are automatically added to your loyalty program and their details are synced to your loyalty app.

How it works - your customers' experience

When the customer has completed their purchase, they are automatically added as a member in your loyalty program. 

If you have your Earned Points Email notification on, your new member will receive an email notifying them of their new points balance, how far away they are from their next reward and access to their loyalty member profile.
