🔓 Shopify POS integration is unlocked on plans: Basic, Advanced & Pro

If you only run Shopify online with no physical store, or you want to encourage online sales with an online-only loyalty program, you can select to not award points for orders made in-store.

How to exclude in-store POS orders from your loyalty program

1. In your admin, go to Settings

2. Scroll down to Order Rewarding, then go to the Process Shopify Orders field

3. In the drop down menu, select Online only

Loyalty points will now only be awarded based on purchases made on your online store.

📝  Note: Regardless of how points are earned, rewards are always redeemable online.
