As a default, your members do not earn loyalty points for shipping.

How to include loyalty points for shipping

1. In your app admin, go to Settings

2. Under Order Rewarding, click the box to un-check Exclude Shipping

3. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the page

Now your members will earn loyalty points for the items they purchased as well as for the cost of shipping.
