How to update your reply to email 

1. In your app admin, go to Settings

2. Under Email Notifications, Edit Reply to Email

📝 Note: Update this email to an email address that you or your staff check regularly to make sure no emails from your members are missed.

3. Click Save

From now on, if a member replies to one of your loyalty program emails, it will now go to that email address for you to respond.
